We welcome all standard artwork formats, including: Vector formats (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) are preferred when available. For other formats like .PNG, .JPG, .PSD, or any alternative, we recommend ensuring your artwork is at least 300 DPI.

Don't worry, we'll notify you if the print quality is not optimal and refrain from proceeding to printing. This way, you'll have the opportunity to make changes to your file before production begins.

The max file size you can upload is 10 MB.

 For larger files, please follow these instructions:
● Use the standard upload process and upload any file smaller than 10 MB.
● In the 'Instructions' section, explicitly state one of the following:
a) The actual file or larger files will be sent to proofs@stizybusiness.com, or
 b) Upload the file to services like Google Drive or Dropbox and provide the download link.

Currently, we do not offer this service, but if you already have a logo or find artwork in the future, we would be delighted to be your high-quality Sti-ckerz™ provider. Simply upload your designs during the ordering process, and we'll ensure they're printed to the highest standards.

Absolutely! For example, if you want 400 keychains but have 2 designs, and you want 200 of each:

- For Artwork A:  Go to the product, select 200 units, choose the size and details. Upload your artwork and add it to the cart.
- For Artwork B: Repeat the same procedure.

This way, you can easily order multiple designs in one go and receive them all at the same time.

After you approve your online proof, your order will be dispatched from our facility within 5 business days.

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are charges applied by Customs authorities when goods enter a country.For your convenience, these charges are already included in your order total. You won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the system will display the final amount with all charges included.
